‘Frozen is the David to fresh’s Goliath,’ continuing to make inroads as pandemic lingers, Deloitte finds

Fresh food may make most consumers feel happier and capture the lionâs share of retail sales â for now â but rising prices, concerns about perishability and shifting preference are pushing more shoppers to the frozen aisle, suggests new research by Deloitte.
