Israeli start-up Imagindairy eyes lab-made milk launch after precision fermentation breakthrough

The company says it has successfully mastered precision fermentation technology to make animal-free milk proteins from yeast that are âindistinguishable from the real thingâ and which it expects will be available on the market in two years.
