Alt milk start-up taps microbes, not plants, to ‘reinvent the meaning of dairy’

Israeli start-up Remilk hopes to replace cows as âfood factoriesâ with its microbe-based âmilkâ. Co-founder Aviv Wolff tells FoodNavigator the product is functional, versatile, and âbehaves the same way as cowâs milkâ.
