‘We are going to reinvent agriculture’: Michelin-starred Raymond Blanc on seasonality, buying local, and going green

The immediate effects of coronavirus on the hospitality industry are âhorrendousâ, says two-Michelin star chef Raymond Blanc OBE, but in the long-term, his glass is half full: âThere is going to be a complete reinvention of our society towards using cleaner energy. Itâs really exciting.â
