EU academics call for policy-led shift towards sustainable food system

Food production must shift from âlinear mass consumptionâ to âa more circular economyâ to meet growing demand for food in a sustainable way, claims a report which will inform much of the EUâs upcoming âFarm to Fork strategy for a sustainable food systemâ.
