Nestlé partners with Burcon and Merit for plant-based NPD: ‘Strong collaborations help us strengthen our internal capabilities and accelerate innovation’

Nestlà has announced two new tie-ups in the plant-based space. The Swiss food group has said it will work with ingredient supplier Merit Functional Foods and its technology partner Burcon NutraScience to âaccelerateâ the development of ânutritious and great-tastingâ plant-based meat and dairy alternatives.
