Vegan ‘yogurt’ fermented with lactic acid bacteria from plants an industry first, claim researchers

Scientists in Denmark have developed a plant-based âyogurtâ made from just three ingredients: soy drink, brewerâs spent grain, and lactic acid bacteria from plant materials.
