Mars develops novel confectionery: ‘Shelf-stable’ and ‘soft-textured’ mousse

Confectionery giant Mars, Inc. has patented a shelf-stable mousse it says maintains a âlightâ and âsoftâ mouthfeel even when stored at an ambient temperature.
