Ireland today unveiled a new â1.5bn Agri-Climate Rural Environment Scheme that it says is âuser friendly for farmersâ and will deliver âbroader environmental and biodiversity benefitsâ. But the countryâs farming union was warned it seems âlikely to be bureaucratic nightmareâ.
