The Coca-Cola Co. is trying to make the best of a bad situation by using the pandemic, which had decimated its revenues with the closure of public places, as a âcatalyst for changeâ to âdrive out some of the bureaucracy,â refocus on local opportunities and shorten its innovation tail, according to CFO John Murphy.
