Pisco, Chileâs national spirit, is still overwhelmingly a domestic drink, with more than 95% of pisco produced by Chile consumed in the country itself. But now, some of the countryâs pisco producers are looking to expand to Europe and the UK, opening up a whole new market for the spirit.
