‘Circular thinking’ bread: Bakery collaborates with Carlsberg to tackle food waste

A collaboration between Carlsbergâs Jacobsen Brewery and Danish bakery Jalm&B has resulted in âGenbrÃdâ â a sustainable sourdough bread made from upcycled hazelnuts.
