'It is our culture it is our religion': How food culture shapes nutrition

Italy is famous around the world for its food, and for many, food is an important part of its culture. The UK, however, is often stereotyped as having no food culture at all. As simplistic and unhelpful as these stereotypes often are, food culture - of a nation, a class or even an individual - can greatly affect how one approaches nutrition.
