Isoglucose is not more of a health risk than sugar - if its fructose content does not increase: BfR

The type of isuglucose currently used in Europe poses no greater health risk than sucrose â but if manufacturers increase its proportion of fructose, the potential risks must be communicated, said the German risk authority.
