With strong nutrition and sustainability credentials, French insect processor Jiminiâs believes that there is plenty of room to grow the European market for insect-based foods. Having just secured a listing with Carrefour in Spain, Jiminiâs co-founder Clement Scellier says this is a âwonderful opportunityâ for the company as it works to build consumer acceptance.
